طرز تهیهی سالاد لبوی خام
چغندرها رو پوست بگیرید و بشورید و با رندهی درشت رنده کنید. آب پرتقال و لیموترش رو بگیرید و از هر کدوم یک قاشق غذاخوری روی لبوی رنده شده بریزید.
روغن زیتون و نمک و فلفل رو هم اضافه کنید و خوب هم بزنید.
میتونید یه مقدار نعناع تازه رو هم خرد کنید و به سالادتون اضافه کنید ولی اگر نعناع ندارید همین طور خالی هم عالیه.
